Two big Tamil films are going to clash this Diwali and cash on the festival holiday. Interestingly, the Censor Board of Film Certificated certified both the films with ‘U’. One of the films is Dhanush’s ‘Kodi’ and the other one is Karthi’s ‘Kashmora’.
There is one more common thing apart from the ‘U’ certificate and common release date. Dhanush is playing two characters in ‘Kodi’ and Karthi is also essaying two roles as well in ‘Kashmora’. However, the genres of the two films are quite different.
‘Kodi’ happens to be a political drama while ‘Kashmora’ is set in the backdrop of two different eras. The trailers of both these movies had garnered good response from the audiences and it is hard to tell which one has an upper hand over the other. This Diwali is going to decide their fate.
