There was a time when a film was launched starring Dhanraj and Manchu Lakshmi playing the lead character. The film was called off later and rumours started doing rounds that Manchu Family was pissed off with Dhanraj’s behaviour.
Has Dhanraj been issued a warning by Manchu family for claiming to be the hero of the film featuring Lakshmi Manchu? Why was the film stalled, after the launch? Speaking in a recent interview Dhanraj says it was the producer’s problem which stalled the movie. The producer didn’t have money and he wanted Dhanraj and Manchu Lakshmi’s name to attract the finances. Hence, the film got dumped.
Regarding being issued a warning by Manchu Family, Dhanraj states that they aren’t Manchu Family but Manchi (good) family. Rumours made rounds that Manchu family was angry on him. He reminds that he featured two films starring Manchu family actors. Obviously, the rumours are false.
