According to industry rumours, Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone, who had a very successful 2013, has been approached for Tamil actor Vijay’s next film with director Simbu Devan. The makers of the film believe since Deepika is a south Indian and has already worked with superstar Rajinikanth in Kochadaiiyaan, she wouldn’t refuse the offer to work with Vijay.
This film will be produced by Vijay’s manager and one of the popular distributors called Shibu Thameens. The film will go on floors after Vijay completes his next project with A.R Murugadoss. The million dollar question is whether Deepika will agree to work with Vijay, who is equivalent to a superstar in Tamil cinema.
In the past, Vijay has worked with Bollywood divas such as Priyanka Chopra and Yukta Mookhey. Will Deepika take all that into consideration or merely take only the story and remuneration into consideration? Let’s wait and see.
