Dark Circles

In the modern day, world seems to be awake all the time and in that case there is no time for sleep or rest. But has anyone thought how much it affects our concentration and beauty. Lack of sleep or proper rest can cause dark circles around the eyes where skin is extremely delicate and very thin. Hence we need to take special care of it as the area under the eyes shows the maximum aging and stress. A few other reasons for dark circles can be stress, illness or nutritional deficiencies. Hence there are some remedies to get rid of them and put an end to excessive aging.

The most important factor in reducing dark circles is having a proper balanced diet consisting of all nutrient rich vegetables, fresh fruits, salads, sprouts and yogurt. Regular exercise is also very helpful in removing dark circles and so is relaxation and plenty of sleep. Cucumber juice and potato juice can also be very useful in reducing dark circles.
