The ambiguity in the release date of Damarukam is hampering the prospect of other movies too. As many as three movies, Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum, Bus Stop and Thupaki have changed their release plans. Vijay’s Thupaki which was slated for simultaneous release with the Tamil version on 9th is now postponed to 13th. The makers of Bus Stop have moved to 23rd to maintain a safe distance with this biggies.
Rana’s Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum have not announced their release plans officially. If Damarukam fails to release in the last minute, KVJ will make it on 9th. If Damarukam makes it on 9th, they are considering 13th/16th/17th for release. A clarity on this may be expected today or tomorrow.
