Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, who bagged the lead role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming project based on the life of well-known boxer and Olympic Bronze medalist Mary Kom, recently lost her father who she was very close to. Although the actress returned to work soon after her father’s death, the filmmakers for that biopic wanted her to take all the time she needed to deal with her loss.
Chopra resumed work to keep herself occupied and started with the shooting for Bhansali’s future masterpiece. Even though she looked like she was completely in control, she broke down into tears on the sets yesterday. Priyanka Chopra resumed work yesterday and started off with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus biopic based on the renowned boxer, Mary Kom. Priyanka came along with her mother for the mahurat shot. While she looked totally in control of herself initially, she could not hold back her tears and broke down eventually.
