Curiosity Over F3’s U.S. PerformanceDil Raju’s F2 worked big due to solid word of mouth among families. It made $928,855 during its first weekend and its lifetime collections were $2,134,632.

On the other hand, F3 has been released with decent word of mouth. The comedy caper came with the F2 sequel advantage but didn’t take off with a big bang in the U.S.

The figures are being looked at and we will know the Premiers (Thursday) + Day 1 (Friday) gross together on Saturday evening India time.

For F3 to post big numbers, the weekend is going to be the key. Having an additional Monday holiday, we will know whether this film will generate big numbers or not.

Back in India, the word of mouth is decent and as there are no big films, the family audience started showing up in theaters as expected.
