Not only debut Tamil actor Dhruv Vikram, but most of the actors also agree that comparatively, comedy portions are tougher to get them right than the emotional scenes in a scene. It’s a known thing that he is playing the lead in the Tamil remake of ‘Arjun Reddy’ and hence, had to enact several emotional scenes.
The young actor says that he found the comedy scenes tougher than the emotional scenes. We agree that there are only a few comedy scenes in the original ‘Arjun Reddy’. But all of them are quite important and crucial to the flow of the narrative. One can’t go wrong in the comic timing in those scenes as a well-developed comic mood will serve as a high contrast for loaded emotional scenes.
By the way, in comparison with Vijay Deverakonda’s movie, Tamil ‘Arjun Reddy’ aka ‘Varma’ has been facing many issues as ‘Arjun Reddy’ lovers were mesmerized by the original. The posters of the Tamil remake didn’t impress and the first single that came out wasn’t better either. Surprisingly, the Hindi remake of the same is garnering a positive response from the leaked pictures that were quite interesting.
