Megastar Chiranjeevi is harboring Pan-India hopes for a long time. He wants to become the first star of his generation to have a market in Bollywood as well. He tried to penetrate into the Hindi market with Sye Raa a couple of years ago but got abysmally poor reception there.
But he is going to give another shot with his Acharya. The movie is being planned for a simultaneous release in Hindi on April 28th. By then, Ram Charan will have his RRR released and that popularity will bring some buzz for the film, Chiranjeevi hopes as Charan is doing an extended cameo in Acharya.
Pen Studios which is releasing RRR in Bollywood will release Acharya as well. Chiranjeevi is planning to extensively promote the film in Bollywood along with Ram Charan. Koratala Siva directs Acharya and the director is yet to have a Pan-India release. So, he will be testing waters as well along with Chiranjeevi.
Koratala’s first Pan-India film is #NTR30. So, this will be an experience for him before that film of NTR and Alia Bhatt.
