Film making is not a joke as huge amounts of money and even a bit of miss-planning would lead to money loss. That’s the reason why Chiranjeevi seems to be extremely cautious about the money being invested in his movie with Koratala Siva.
It’s heard that Chiru is using the sets that were erected for ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ for his upcoming movie, even. This is one of the strategies to cut the cost of production and of course, we have to agree that reusing the sets would help to serve the purpose.
We’ve seen how he made Koratala Siva commit to shooting the movie within 100 days, not one day more than that. The director nodded when Chiru asked him to commit within the stipulated period.
On the stage, at the pre-release event of Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’, Chiranjeevi spoke elaborately about increasing cost of production of movies, and the importance of completing a movie’s shooting in a short span.
‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ team completed the movie very fast and made the Sankranthi release possible. Mahesh Babu is one of the producers of the movie. Chiru’s next is bankrolled by his son Ram Charan’s Konidela Productions. Obviously, they know the financial perils of increasing the days of production.
