Chiranjeevi - Aharya - Pawan Kalyan-Vakeel SaabAfter a long gap, films featuring the Mega Brothers, Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan are arriving in cinemas back to back. Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab and Chiranjeevi’s Acharya will release in April and May, respectively.

Naturally, then, there are expectations on the movies right from the start until the release. The pre-release business in between is where the real strength of the star gets showcased. It is here that Chiranjeevi shows his might as a Megastar.

Chiranjeevi’s Acharya is doing crazy business all over. The film is expected to generate over 120 Cr in the pre-release business itself. The first time combo with sensational director Koratala Siva is working wonders. And there is the presence of Ram Charan in the movie, as well.

Unfortunately, there is no match to Acharya from Pawan Kalyan’s side. In addition to the fact that the subject of Vakeel Saab is for a niche audience, the remake factor has limited the pre-release business. It is projected to be around 75 Cr.

In the biggest territory for Telugu cinema domestically, Nizam, the business of Acharya is going to be double that of Vakeel Saab. Acharya has reportedly been grabbed for over 40 Cr. Vakeel Saab is estimated to get half of it only.

But, it also means there will be a lot of pressure on Megastar Chiranjeevi to deliver. Vakeel Saab, in comparison, could recover the investment quickly if it gets good talk from the audience on the ground level. Let’s wait and see what is in store for these two films, theatrically.
