Chiranjeevi's-'Sye-Raa'-Invites-Ire-of-Muslim-Youthirector Surender Reddy seems to be taking his own time in canning crucial sequences for the upcoming period film ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy‘. The movie’s unit had faced a major hurdle recently when Muslim youth stalled the shooting of the movie when the unit was canning some sequences in Bahmani Sultan Fort in Bidar.

The Karnataka government had given permissions for the shoot and therefore, the unit place some deities of Hindu Gods for the shooting. Muslim youth strongly opposed placing Hindu Gods in the Fort that once belonged to a Muslim ruler. Though the officials tried to hold talks and convince with the big heads of the Muslim community, they didn’t reconcile and hence, the makers of ‘Sye Raa’ had to pack up the shooting.

That means the director may now ask for erecting a set to shoot those sequences that were initially planned to be shot in Bidar Fort. ‘Sye Raa’ is one of the most awaited movies and megafans are eagerly awaiting the movie to come to the theatres. Ram Charan is producing this period drama that was set in India’s pre-independence era.
