Popular Veteran Producer And Director Vijaya Bapineedu No MoreFamous producer and director, the veteran, Vijaya Bapineedu is no more. He breathed his last today. The reason for death is not yet known.

Vijaya Bapineedu is a trendsetting personality in the industry. He started the movie journey as a magazine publisher and editor. They were Vijaya and Bommarillu. Later he turned director-producer and was responsible for some of the biggest hits of his time. His association with Megastar Chiranjeevi was sensational. They delivered Gangleader, Khaidi No 786, and Maga Maharaju etc. together. Maga Maharaju incidentally marked the directorial debut of Vijaya Bapineedu.

The producer cum director was also known for unique promotional strategies that were unheard of before. For example, the hundred days function of Chiranjeevi’s Gangleader was held on four different locations on the same day. There were many such fantastic trendsetting promotional activities from Vijaya Bapineedu. The death of the senior producer is a huge loss to the industry. May his soul rest in peace.
