Mega Super Event of Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru happened last night in Hyderabad and Megastar Chiranjeevi is the Chief Guest for the event. The Pair of Chiranjeevi and Vijaya Shanthi who appeared in 20 films together in their prime is the major highlight of the event.
During his Banter with Vijaya Shanthi, Chiranjeevi repeatedly mentioned about Politics. Much to the embarrassment of Vijaya Shanthi, he went on to say how she badmouthed him while in politics. Vijaya Shanthi was visibly at discomfort. She tried to evade the question and brush off saying that Politics and Friendship are different.
But Chiranjeevi repeated and he even went on to belittle politics. Vijaya Shanthi, however, said she is in politics to serve the people. Chiranjeevi is a failure in politics and is trying to scare other celebrities in films with that failure. This is not the first time Chiranjeevi doing that.
Despite their friendships, he should have respected their opinion and even if he wanted to give them such advice, he should do that in private. This type of non-serious and belittling comments about politics will only embarrass others. That will also create a negative impression about the political commitment of film celebrities in the people. For instance, People thought Pawan Kalyan is not a serious politician and defeated him miserably in recent elections. Chiranjeevi will only reinforce that feeling. Its better Chiranjeevi should refrain from such talk in the future.
