Macho hero Gopichand has locked the release date of sports drama Seetimaarr. The film is arriving on September 10 on the occasion of Vinayak Chavithi. It was initially planned for September 3 but the makers have shifted the date to cash in on festive day. Interestingly, Naga Chaitanya’s Love Story was scheduled for the same date considering it as the right arrival.
But with Tuck Jagadish announcing the same date on OTT arrival, Love Story makers are in a fix. While the latter is yet to take a call on the release date, Seetimaarr makers being unfazed over the tussle have locked their arrival.
If no other film is announced during the festive season, then it is the apt arrival for Seetimaarr in theaters. Helmed by Sampath Nandi, the film stars Tamannaah. The sports drama has Kabbadi game in the play and how the game becomes the core point is the crux.
It is worth noting that Gopichand’s recent outings Chanakya and others were duds. Thus the film holds vital for him to score a hit.
