Looks like it’s the season of chopping and changing, barely has the news of Nithin’s upcoming film being shelved had set in, the grapevine was abuzz with the news of another film being shelved. This time it was the Naga Chaitanya and Hansika starrer Durga. Even this film was launched around the same time as the other shelved project and was expected to go onto sets by now. But that isn’t the case clearly.
However sources say that the film might not be shelved after all. The actor seems to be tremendously impressed by the script at hand and wants it to be made. Only glitch here seems to be he doesn’t trust the director Srinivas Reddy to pull it off. Hence he is reportedly looking at someone else to take over the project instead of completely abandoning it. Sources say, most likely the writer of the film Akula Siva may be promoted as director for the film. Nothing has been officially confirmed though.
