Nara Chandra Babu Naidu is sworn in as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh a short while ago in Guntur. The leader who served United Andhra Pradesh for a record time of 9 years is going to be the first Chief Minister of the New Andhra Pradesh after the state bifurcation. Chandra Babu took oath amid the huge cheers of lakhs of TDP cadre and many national level leaders who graced the event.

Later on Governor Narasimhan also administered oath by the nineteen ministers who got place in Chandra Babu Naidu’s cabinet. Chandra Babu’s cabinet includes 6 BCs, 5 Kammas (including Chandra Babu), 2 Reddys, 4 Kapus, 1 Vysya and 2 SCs.

All the districts except Kadapa are accommodated. Among the ministers, seven are first timers. BJP who contested as TDP’s alliance partners won 4 MLAs and managed to get 2 Ministries from Chandra Babu.
