The Regional Censor board in Hyderabad had always been in news for wrong news, be it corruption or partiality in censoring. And now the latest allegation on the censor board is that they are being too lazy in allocating dates for censoring small movies. A plethora of small films are lining up in front of Censor Board for the final clearance. Films like ‘Sevakudu, Satruvu, Bakra, Thelisi Theliyaka, Life, Super hit Jumbo Crime Kadha’ have applied for Censor Certification and the film makers are waiting for their turn for screening. But the board is not so serious in clearing them which is becoming a hindrance for the movie releases.
Already the small movies have missed the opportunity to encash the vacuum at box office after Damarukam release.
