In United AP, traffic police call sign for the CM was ‘Charlie Mike’. Former CMs were called ‘Eagle’ and Chandrababu Naidu is Eagle1 and Kiran Kumar Reddy Eagle 2. Post the bifurcation, Chandra Babu will be called ‘Eagle1’ and KCR will be called ‘Arrow’.
With Hyderabad functioning as common capital for both the states for a period of 10 years, the green channel of signal clearance in Hyderabad which was so far limited to 12 VIPs will now be doubled. Apart from the two CMs, two chief justices, two assembly speakers, two council chairmen and two DGPs will also get this privilege. Ministers too will have unabashed cooperation from the traffic cops who ensure the same privileges are given to them.
