Look who’s returning to Bollywood after several years. Ace Telugu comedian Brahmanadam, who was earlier seen in a small role in Bollywood film Suryavansham with Amitabh Bachchan, has been signed to star in the Hindi film Welcome Back, the sequel to Welcome. But the comedian says he doesn’t aspire to do many Hindi films because he has his hands full in Telugu.
Brahmi said that he signed the film because he really liked his character. He will be essaying the role of a thief in the film and said that the role was specially designed for him. Brahmi added that he was touched by gesture of the director, who had watched the actor’s work in the Hindi dubbed versions of several Telugu films.
Brahmi will shoot in Mumbai and Dubai recently and most of his scenes will be with Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor. He said he usually isn’t interested in Bollywood, but he couldn’t say no for the film because he really liked his character. We wish the star comedian all the best for this Bollywood biggie.
