Many of our Telugu films banked on lengthy comic roles done by Brahmanandam like the recent ‘Race Gurram’ Kill Bill Pandey character. He is one comedian who has the potential of carrying a film’s major part on his shoulders alone and hence filmmakers try to sculpt special roles for him.
According to the information available, a special lengthy comic role was written for Balakrishna’s next movie ‘Dictator’ for which Brahmanandam had been roped in to play the comic character. However, according to a popular tabloid’s story, Brahmanandam is now replaced by Prudhvi.
The reasons behind replacing Brahmanandam are high remuneration and good number of conditions for which the makers aren’t ready. They think his conditions would restrict the movie’s smooth shooting. Now that Prudhvi is in, the ’30 years in the industry’ Prudhvi can be hopefully seen in a hilarious character which might make audiences go into splits like his previous endeavours.
