The teaser actor Nandu’s new movie Bomma Blockbuster is out. It tries to reinvent Nandu as a mass actor full fledgy after Savari. The glimpse that is out lays out the bare minimums of the plot and it definitely piques up one’s interest.
Set in a semi-rural backdrop, an increasing trend over the past few years, Bomma Blockbuster teaser presents it as a rustic drama. However, there is a modern twist to it in the form of lead characters obsession with Puri Jagannadh. However, the primary focus is on the director’s Pokiri.
Nandu has put in a visible effort (based on the teaser itself) to showcase a different mass dimension to his acting skills. We can only watch the final movie to judge if he has got enough screen presence to pull such character in its entirety.
The background score, the locales and cinematography (by Sujatha Siddharth) gives the small film a much better look technically. The very talented Prashanth R Vihari is the music director here, and he does not disappoint.
