‘Dhee’ was one of the blockbuster movies for the range of it in 2007 with Vishnu Manchu playing the lead, the movie that was helmed by Srinu Vaitla. Now, the blockbuster combo is planning to be back, according to the latest reports.
As per the latest info, they are said to be planning to go for the sequel of their successful ‘Dhee’ with the title ‘Dhee 2’. This time ‘D 2’ means ‘Daring and Dashing’. As the title suggests, there would be more action sequences and of course, Manchu Vishnu will be playing the protagonist.
Other details of the sequel including who would be the heroine are yet to be revealed, but it’s Manchu Vishnu who would be the producer of the movie, as well.
Both the hero and the director are in a poor form now in the film industry and a story with decent content might help them to regain their footing. Let’s wait and see.
