Actor Aadi trying different genres off late to score a big success is coming up with an action thriller, Black. He plays a cop in the movie. The teaser of the film is out, and it shows the potential to be an engaging affair.
The teaser mainly comprises voice-over dialogues. It acts as a good build-up to the premise, although it is a tad overdone. A little bit more simplified version would have further elevated the impact, but it’s alright.
Aadi Saikumar plays a tough cop in Black. It is a departure from his mass youngster roles in the recent past. Of course, he has also done military part in the past, but what we get here is a course correction of the path. Back then, he did ‘different’ for a change.
GB Krishna directs Black. Suresh Bobbili provides the background score. Darshana Banik is the female lead opposite Aadi in the thriller. Big Boss fame Kaushal Manda seems to play a crucial role in the movie. He is seen as a cop investigating a murder.
