We have already informed our readers that VJ Sunny emerged as the winner of the Bigg Boss Telugu season 5. The grand finale, hosted by Nagarjuna Akkineni is a big hit. For the first time in the history of Bigg Boss, stars from Telugu and Hindi Cinema graced the occasion. Sunny bagged the first place and Shanmukh grabbed the second place. Sreeram, Maanas, and Siri bagged the third, fourth, and fifth places respectively.
As usual, Nagarjuna began the show with an impressive dance performance. And then, the ex-inmates took the stage to display their dancing skills. Jessie, Uma Devi, Priyanka, Swetaa Varma, RJ Kajal, Priya, Lahari Sheri, Vishwa, Hamida, Anee, and Natraj performed on the stage. After that, Nagarjuna interacted with the inmates and asked who they are supporting. A majority of the inmates rooted for Sreerama Chandra.
After interacting with the ex-inmates, Nag also spoke to the parents of the top 5 finalists.
Siri’s mother requested that the Bigg Boss organizers should give the title to a female contestant this time and Nag said that nothing was in his hands and the audience will decide the winner. Nagarjuna also mentioned that 13 Crore votes are polled for the grand finale.
Nagarjuna, then, spoke to the top 5 of the season 5. All the five finalists performed dance in the house. Everyone saw the 105 days journey video in the house and they also played a game called ‘Hrudayam Ekkadunnadi’ task where the inmates picked their favorite places in the house.
First Guests: SS Rajamouli, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and Ayan Mukerji
Nagarjuna invited them to the stage and spoke about RRR and Brahmastra. Later, the top 5 played Brahmastra game. All the top 5 inmates revealed the superpowers they possess. Rajamouli was convinced of what Maanas had said. Maanas said that his superpower is being calm in the storm.
Dimple Hayathi performed a dance on stage. After that, team Parampara (Jagapathi Babu, Naveen Chandra, Shobhu Yarlagadda) came on to the stage to promote the upcoming web series on Disney+ Hotstar. Rajamouli too joined them.
Sukumar, Devi Sri Prasad and Rashmika Mandanna too came on the stage to promote Pushpa: The Rise. Devi Sri Prasad and Rashmika went into the house and asked the inmates some questions.

8 Telugu singers performed on stage. Nani, Sai Pallavi and Krithi Shetty too came to the grand finale to promote their upcoming film Shyam Singha Roy. Sai Pallavi and Krithi Shetty initially went inside the house and Nani joined them later with a silver suitcase to tempt the inmates that they can take the money in the case and quit the show. No one surrendered to the temptation. Team SSR confirmed Maanas’ eviction and bought him out.
Shriya performed a dance. Naga Chaitanya came to the stage to promote the upcoming Pro Kabaddi league. After that, they played the journey of Nagarjuna in season 5. Chaitanya went inside the house with a Gold suitcase to tempt the inmates again, saying that there will be money inside which is triple the money offered in the Silver case. The inmates did not surrender to the temptation. Chaitanya eliminated Sreerama Chandra and bought him to the stage.
After that, Faria Abdullah entered the house and danced with both Shanmukh and Sunny.
In the end, Nagarjuna entered the house, closed the doors, switched off the electricity and bought the top 2 to the stage.
Nagarjuna himself confirmed that VJ Sunny is the winner. Shanmukh is the runner.
