It came to Balakrishna’s notice that an Intermediate student (female) from Anantapur is suffering from bone cancer. The doctors said that the cost of the operation is more than ten lakhs which her family couldn’t afford.
When Balayya came to know about it from one of his fans in Anantapur, he immediately contacted the family and talked to her and the latest reports suggest that the treatment has already begun.
It is known that for the past many years, Balakrishna has always ensured that needy people get cancer treatments free of cost through his Basavatarakam Charitable Trust.
