KGF 2 is banking on the blockbuster platform built by the first part, KGF. The Yash starrer is one of the most anticipated pan-India outings from South Indian cinema.
The makers held back on the trailer release announcement for a long while and they have finally dropped a big update on the same. But there is a slight disappointment associated with it.
The makers have announced that the trailer will be out on the 27th of this month, which is well over three weeks from now. Fans who have been eagerly waiting for the trailer for many months will now have to wait another 24 days, which isn’t all that appeasing.
Also, had the makers planned to unveil the trailer a bit earlier and had it struck a chord with the audience, it will get much more exposure and fetch a good reach to the film, than what it might when it releases on 27th March, which is three weeks prior to the theatrical release.
Nevertheless, KGF’s fans at least have something to cheer about as the trailer release date has been announced finally. The film is up for theatrical release on the 14th of April.
