Promising young actor Uday Kiran died on 5th January 2014, by committing suicide. It came as a rude shock to every Telugu cinema lover. There are some speculations in the media that there was some foul play behind his death and some big names were involved.
During an interview with a TV channel, director Teja, who gave break to Uday Kiran, said that Uday Kiran lost his balance after getting three continuous blockbusters. He couldn’t handle the sudden stardom. And he couldn’t handle his downfall also.
Teja also mentioned that he exactly knew what happened that caused Uday Kiran’s sudden demise. He said that Uday Kiran talked to him in full detail about what was bothering him. But he will not reveal it now. When the interviewer asked him are there any influential persons involved, he said, “No Comments.” However, Teja clarified that there wasn’t any mistake from Uday Kiran in this episode.
The interviewer kinda coaxed him to tell more about Uday Kiran’s death mystery, but Teja said that he will reveal it when the right time comes. He said before his death he will definitely reveal the mystery behind Uday Kiran’s death.
It’s unfortunate that Tollywood lost one promising talent and to this date TV channels are milking TRP in the name of Uday Kiran.
