‘Shiva Shankari’ is an iconic song from Sr. NTR’s movie ‘Jagadekaveeruni Katha’ that is unknown to the present day music lovers and audiences. It’s nothing less than a daring feat to even attempt to sing that song.
Balayya attempted to sing the song while Naga Babu shared an atrocious tweet making fun of Balayya’s singing skills as horrible and ear-piercing. Immediately, Naga Babu removed the tweet.
One must appreciate Balayya’s honesty accepting that though he didn’t sing it like a singer, he wanted to do it and hence, tried it. “No one would attempt to sing this song. I know, I too didn’t sing it superbly, but, it was my attempt, “said Balayya about the song.
Though anti-Nandamuri fans tried to troll Balayya and the song on his birthday, we must accept that, if not for him no actor would have gone near to that kind of song, a breathless song from old times.
As usual, Balayya took negative criticism easily and that’s equal to a brutal response to the negativity.
