While the most Tollywood biggies are unhappy with Balayya for accepting the invitation of International Film Festival of India (IFFI) for ignoring Telugu movies in the opening ceremony of the event, the actor had actually made it to the event and narrated the rich legacy of Telugu Cinema in detail to the huge gathering there.
As every time, his speech revolved the Legend NTR, his father and NTR’s contribution to Telugu cinema with 300 odd movies of different genres. And his further resurrection as a Political leader from the movie field. He fittingly thanked the cine industry and fans for what he is today. He spoke almost everything from Dasari Narayana Rao‘s biggest stint as director, Rama Naidu‘s Guiness Records and to the latest sensation Rajamouli who hogged to limelight through out the nation with Eega.
Everyone present at the event admired Balayya’s speech and the maturity he showed in to aptly represent the Tollywood. He aptly ignored mentioning any of the current crop of actors so as to avoid any ego clashes and made his visit purposeful.
Good Going Balayya!
