Nandamuri Balakrishna has bought a new property for himself in Jubilee Hills of Hyderabad. He reportedly paid a whopping 15 Crore for a property that comes with a ground level and two floors and the total built-up area is 9,395 sft.
The sale took place on 11th of this month and the seller is Nadimpalli Satya Sravani. Balakrishna’s wife, Vasundhara is also a party in the deal. The couple paid a stamp duty of Rs 82.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 7.5 lakh.
Balayya already has his residence in the same Jubilee Hills area. Only a few days ago, a pharmaceutical company owner purchased a property worth 41.3 Crore in the same area. The actor is currently shooting for his next, #BB3. The movie is being readied for May 28th release as NTR Jayanthi Special.
The actor in 2019 won as an MLA from Hindupur constituency of Andhra Pradesh for the second time on a trot.
