65th National Film Awards were announced a little while ago in New Delhi. SS Rajamouli’s Magnum Opus, Baahubali – The Conclusion and Rana Daggubati’s Ghazi are among the films which share the laurels. Baahubali-2 is adjudged the Best Popular film with wholesome Entertainment. It also got the Best Action Choreography and Best Special Effects.
On the other side, Rana Daggubati‘s Ghazi has adjudged the Best Regional Film (Telugu). The jury also gave a fitting farewell to Sridevi as she was adjudged the Best Actress for her last film, Mom. AR Rahman has got two National Awards for Kaatru Veliyidai for the Songs and for the Background score of Mom.
