Bollywood is today ruled by the three Khans, Shahrukh, Salman and Aamir. But truth be told from a trade perspective one among them, Shah Rukh Khan, has been struggling for a long time to deliver the knockout box office performance.
The openings were never a big problem for any of them but it the big final number and a biggest hit of the year that is eluding the star from a long time. The last time SRK has had the biggest hit was in the year 2007 when he had Om Shanti Om. Post it, it has been an Aamir and Salman show all the way with both alternatively giving the biggest hits.
An immense pressure therefore has developed for SRK to deliver and as a result he has set his eyes on Christmas next year. There is a buzz that he is even looking at starting the shoot of his Rohit Shetty film earlier than planned by postponing another of his film, to get to the Christmas date. Will this move enable the star to get the desirable result?
