This news comes as a big surprise and audience will totally find themselves ungrounded. Asin is one actress who migrated to Bollywood when she still was in the top league in South films. Almost all her Hindi films barring one, had been superhit films. Even then, she has only one film in hand presently. In this scenario, when many of the South film makers tried to rope her in South films, she turned her back to them. For some reason unknown, Asin seems not interested to come back to regional films.
Lately the lead role in the remake of Bollywood superhit film ‘Queen’ has been offered to Asin. According to the latest buzz, she outright turned down the offer quoting her busy schedule in Bollwood films. This is really surprising because Asin isn’t a busy star in Bollywood and has only one film in hands. Seems Asin prefers to be idle without any films in Mumbai rather than acting in South films. How can she forget that it is one of her South superhit film ‘Ghazini’ which introduced her to Bollywood? Anyway she missed a golden chance to act in the remake of ‘Queen’ because it is to be made into four languages simultaneously.
