One-More-Roadblock-for-Arjun-ReddyRight from the inception of the movie, the Tamil remake of ‘Arjun Reddy’ isn’t having a smooth run and there seemed to be certain issues that have been delaying the film though the makers had wrapped up the shooting quite a while ago. Now, there has come another roadblock for the movie in the form of clearance.

The movie ‘Varmaa’ needs a clearance letter from the Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI) as the chairperson of the board has resigned two days ago. So, the makers had to postpone their movie, indefinitely. Actually, Varmaa’ that remarks the debut of Chiyaan Vikram’s son Dhruv Vikram was scheduled to get into theatres on the Valentines Day. But, this clearance issue is pushing the release to March 2019.

There is a lot of ambiguity not only because of the AWBI chairperson’s resignation but also because the board was shifted to Chandigarh from Chennai. Only after the clearance, the makers will decide a date for releasing ‘Varmaa’. There is curiosity surrounding the remake because the original has created a huge craze among the youth and turned out to be a blockbuster.
