Are Rules Not Applicable for CM Jagan? In the wake of increasing Coronavirus cases in Andhra Pradesh, the state government has once again mandated the usage of masks in public places. The police department is implementing the rule strictly imposing 500 Rupees fine to the violators.

Accordingly, on a single day (Saturday), the police have imposed fines on 18,565 people across the state and have collected 17.34 Lakh Rupees. Meanwhile, a few pictures of AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy are doing rounds on social media.

The Chief Minister is seen moving around without wearing a mask. He also went to Kadapa to pay the final respects to his party’s deceased MLA, Venkat Subbaiah (Badvel constituency), and is seen without wearing a mask.

People were demanding if the rules were applicable only for the commoners and not the Chief Minister. Andhra Pradesh has been consistently clocking over 1,000 cases for the last couple of days.
