Are Chiru fans ready for critics-bangNow that the Megastar himself has officially confirmed that he is going to start his 150th film from August, is it time to have a reality check?

It has been almost eight years since the actor has quit films. During this time a lot has changed in the way the films are seen and viewed and in the way his contemporaries and current stars have settled down. Today the age is of instant criticism with people ready to make fun at the drop of the hat. All this was present even during the active age of Chiru but definitely not with the same intensity that is witnessed now. While his contemporaries are used to it will be a new experience for the star and his fans come Sankranthi 2016.

Megastar in accepting to do a film with Puri Jagannadh for his comeback has in a way given more scope for the naysayers and critics to hound him. The director has an on and off track record in the recent times with one occasional hit and many misses. Are fans prepared for all the negativity that the director is going to bring in with him?

One is already hearing murmurs in certain quarters and it doesn’t help that the director keeps announcing a new film every fortnight as if the Chiru’s film is not the only thing on radar. It is simply the milestone number and the fact that one could see Chiranjeevi again on big screen after a long time is what is keeping the excitement alive in fans. Such is the situation that one hopes that for the sake of fans this turns out to be the one film that the director hits out of the park.

Whatever it is, are the fans really ready now for the bang about to come either way?
