Ardha Shatabdham trailer is out on Aha platform. With over two-minute, the trailer begins with Subhalekha Sudhakar talking about the human race. The scene then shifts to a bunch of village guys talking nonchalantly.
We get to see C/O Kancharapalem fame Karthik Rathnam as Krishna who falls for Pushpa. Set in the village backdrop, it is the raw and rustic look that makes the audience connect despite not having any starry elements.
The trailer gives that the film plotline revolves around caste and how caste is the deciding factor. To make us show how deeply caste is rooted, we get to hear a couple of hard-hitting dialogue which is chilling. What happens when Krishna and Pushpa’s love courts trouble. What happens when not just family or community but the entire village gets involved?
Apart from caste, the trailer also gives the glimpse of naxalism led by actor Sai Kumar. We then get to see Naveen Chandra and late TNR too. The film directed by Rawindra Pulle was meant for theatrical release, But with the grim scenario, the film is releasing on Aha on June 11.
