Annaatthe, Enemy, Manchi Rojulochaie CollectionsThree films have released this Thursday at the US Box Office as Diwali Special – Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe (Peddhanna in Telugu), Vishal – Arya’s Enemy, and Maruti’s Manchi Rojulochaie. But then, all the three movies have posted disaster collections at the box office there much to the disappointment of the trade.

Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe has registered a superb Pre-Sales but tanked big time after that. The Friday reported gross is just $83 K from 230 locations. This is the lowest gross for the last five films of Rajinikanth. This film is a big disappointment for Rajinikanth fans in all the ways.

The Pre-sales have been all because of the brand – Rajinikanth and from there, the talk took over showing the film its right place. Meanwhile, Manchi Rojulochaie has collected a paltry $24 K so-far. Vishal and Arya’s Enemy is a big washout ($2,200).

Sadly, all the three films barely survived the first weekend itself. The conditions at the US Box Office are a lot better since the audience are willing to come to theaters but a notable film with good talk is all that is needed to stabilize the market.

Manchi Rojulochaie: $24 K (Premiers + Friday )

Enemy: $2 K

Annaatthe: Premiers, Thursday and Friday $620 K

Sooryavanshi: $361 K
