After being out of action for more than a year, actress Anjali, who was allegedly banned from Tamil industry, started shooting for her new Tamil film with Jayam Ravi today. Anjali was threatened by actor-filmmaker Kalanjiyam, who swore to not let her act in Tamil film recently. But all that seemed to have no made no difference as she has already started shooting peacefully.
Anjali is playing one of the heroines in the film, which is being directed by Suraj, who last directed Bad Boy with Karthi. In fact, after being threatened by Kalanjiyam, the actress openly said that nobody can stop her from acting as she hasn’t done anything wrong.
Meanwhile, she also has Telugu film Geethanjali in hand and another Kannada project. Looks like there’s no stopping Anjali, who is all set to woo Tamil audiences soon. Remember that it was in Tamil that she had maximum hits and at one point she was even ready to trade Telugu industry for Tamil.
