The ongoing Cauvery waters issue is creating great tension between Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The artists involved and the two film industries are facing the heat of the burning issue in the States. An insensitive question from an anchor on this issue irked Prakash Raj to a tee.
When Praksh Raj went to a Kannada television channel for a promotional interview with regard to his upcoming movie ‘Eddolle Ramayana’ (‘Mana Oori Ramayanam‘ in Telugu), the anchor asked his opinion on the Cauvery water dispute. This iirritated Prakash Raj to the extent that he left the interview midway.
But, before leaving the interview, the actor vented his anger on the anchor for dragging the artists into a sensitive issue like Cauvery water dispute. He questioned if there is a need to ask such a question on a show meant for promoting his film through the interview.
