Anasuya Drops First Hint about Pushpa

Anasuya Bharadwaj is one the few actresses who made a name for herself both on TV and silver screen. She got her big break with Sukumar starrer Rangasthalam where she was seen as Rangammatta. Now, the happening beauty is teaming with Sukumar for the second time in Pushpa.

When it was announced that Anasuya joined Pushpa shoot, then speculations were rife over her role. Some have said that her role will be essayed in a negative shade and one of the turning points in the film. But nothing was made official from the Pushpa team.

Ansuya has now for the first time dropped hint about her role in Pushpa in an interview. “I can’t reveal much about my role but I can promise that what Sukumar did in Rangasthalam by bringing life to Rangammatta, he does the same in Pushpa. He is going to weave magic, “says Anasuya.

Not just Pushpa, Anasuya has a string of films in the line-up including Tamil and Malayalam films too. She is awaiting for the release of ‘Thank You Brother’ where she is shown as a pregnant woman. The film was supposed to have theatrical release, but with theaters closed down, it has shifted for release on Aha platform on May 7.
