Actress and popular Animals activist Amala Akkineni had started a new campaign urging citizens to spare a thought for animals this Diwali by going noiseless. She along with a voluntary organization are striving to educate people and saving animals and birds grievously injured, dead and even mutilated every year during Diwali.
They say dogs have the ability to sense sounds seven times louder than humans. Due to the terrifying noise, many of them become disoriented, run helter skelter and bump into vehicles or attack humans. This time actress Priya Anand had also joined the organization to fight this cruelty against animals.
