M9News had an exclusive chat with Allu Sirish regarding his upcoming romantic film, ‘Urvasivo Rakshasivo.’ Sirish bares it all about his film, the success of Pushpa, Allu Army, and many more hot topics in this interview.
Speaking about bold content in Urvasivo Rakshasivo, Allu Sirish said that it might be bold for their banner, Geetha Arts, but by today’s standards, it is a very normal and happening subject.
Allu Sirish said that he enjoyed the success of Pushpa more than Allu Arjun. He said he was in Mumbai when the film became such a big hit in the North. He admitted that Pushpa did much better in Hindi than in Telugu. He witnessed the growth in its box office collections each day and was thrilled.
When he was asked about the forces behind Allu Army, he said that it wasn’t planned. A group of die-hard Allu fans wanted to call themselves an army and that’s how it started. But soon it became a force to reckon with, online as well as offline. He said that with time Allu Army turned into a semi-official account of the Allu family.
Before signing off, when he was asked to mention the name of his favorite hero outside the mega compound, without a pause Sirish said, “Mahesh Babu!”
