After making his cinematic debut with the Hindi remake of Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana, actor Girish Kumar is all set to play the lead in the Hindi remake of Arya, which will be produced by the actor’s father Kumar Taurani. The remake is slated to go on floors soon.
Arya was one of the big hits in the career of Bunny. In fact, he proved himself as an actor with the film and as expected it catapulted his career with a blockbuster hit. However, when the film was remade in Tamil with Dhanush, it bombed miserably. Will the same fate happen with the Hindi remake as well because going by the trend only Telugu action films such as Pokkiri and Vikramarkudu did well in Bollywood.
Girish had a terrible debut with Ramaiya Vastavaiya, which was a disaster at the box-office. We have to see if he can survive with Arya remake or not.
