Allu Aravind and Dil Raju are two of the biggest producers in Tollywood. But recently both of their banners have been delivering disasters.
Allu Aravind’s Geetha Arts (GA2) has produced disasters like Chaavu Kaburu Challaga, Pakka commercial, and Urvasivo Rakshasivo in recent times. Whereas Dil Raju’s banner Sri Venkateswara Creations has also produced some of the biggest flops like Thank You, Rowdy Boys, and Jaanu.
Now both producers are targetting dubbed films as they have reaped decent profits from such ventures. Allu Aravind distributed dubbed films like Kantara on a commission basis and earned good revenue. Dil Raju also distributed Ponniyin Selvan-1, KGF Chapter 2, and Beast.
The Tamil film, Love Today, released on 4th November received highly positive reviews from critics and audiences. The film made on a small budget is creating a rampage in Tamil Nadu. Dil Raju is now presenting the movie in Telugu which is all set to release on 18th November.
Allu Aravind is also presenting the Telugu dubbed version of the Hindi horror-thriller Bhediya starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon which is carrying promising buzz.
People in industry circles are commenting that Allu Aravind and Dil Raju are big producers and they should focus on producing high-budget Telugu films. But they seem to be interested in easy money-making strategies and hence are investing in dubbed ventures where the losses are minimal and profits are maximum.
