There has been a sustained build up for the grand launch in the past few days, Kamal Haasan’s detour meeting and taking blessings of all the “seniors” in politics before making the big plunge has been seen as an excellent gesture. He has also met his co-star, Superstar Rajinikanth who is soon to get into the politics as well and invited him to the function.

Fans, naturally, are super ecstatic and expect nothing but the best from Kamal Haasan. Already, there is a favorable national level coverage on the star. With National Players like Aravind Kejriwal of Aam Admi Party (AAP) expected to grace the event, and others like Mamatha Banerjee, Nitesh Kumar, and Pinarayi Vijayan sent an invite, not only locally, but nationally all eyes are on the launch.

Kamal Haasan will start the day with a visit to Rameshwaram, the hometown of late Abdul Kalam. Later he will begin the journey to Madurai, where the party will be launched. The name of the party, its flag, ideas and ideology will be shared amidst sizeable public gathering in the evening. Kamal Haasan has seen it all as an actor and a star, let us wait and see if he can “crack” the political code as well or not. Irrespective of the outcome, there is sure to be a lot of “performance” all around.
