The teaser of Sarileru Neekevvaru has done the trick. It has brought immense craze on the project, overnight. Not that it was short before, but it has taken it to another level.
The makers knowing the impact very well are on acceleration mode. Every day they are coming up with a fantastic update to keep the fans energized. But, even they know the next milestone in the promotions department would be the music. And that’s Devi Sri Prasad enters the picture.
The numero uno music director has been working back to back with Superstar Mahesh Babu. Most of the audios too are a success. But, they are not instant blockbuster variety. They are successful ‘after’ the release of the film. A commercial entertainer like Sarileru Neekevvaru doesn’t need such tracks. What is required are instant winners.
The buzz in the industry is that an item number and a hero-centric song have come out well. There could be one more surprise in store. The problem is that there have been ‘similar buzz’ with the previous outings in the same combo. One hopes it is different this time.
Director Anil Ravipudi has a knack of getting that one chartbuster for sure. If he manages to do that with Sarileru Neekevvaru as well, it would be another terrific add-on to the already super-hyped project.
