Pan India release fever is catching up all over the film industries. But it is Telugu cinema which is surely ruling the roost with films like Baahubali, Pushpa, and RRR. There are other films of big stars like Yash which have made an impact on a national level.
But it is sad to see that neither Nagarjuna or his sons, Akhil and Chaitanya Akkineni have had any solo pan-India releases so far which is a disappointing part. Nag is involved with Brahmastra and Chay did Aamir Khan’s Lal Singh Chadha. But both these films have other heroes as the lead and cannot be considered as direct national level releases.
On the other hand, Prabhas, Allu Arjun, Yash, Ram Charan, NTR, Ravi Teja and even Rana have a pan-India film coming up but that is not the case with the Akkineni’s.
Seeing the line up of the Akkineni’s, it is quite evident that they are not going to have any Pan-India release in the days to come. The one who will get close to having a solo pan-India release will be Akhil with Agent but it is still early to talk about it.
