The teaser of Akhil Akkineni’s Agent dropped yesterday and it has opened to a largely positive reception from Akkineni fans and commoners alike. Incidentally, this teaser has now landed Naga Chaitanya in a tough spot and here’s why.
Akkineni fans are now fuming on Chaitanya for not doing a full-on action thriller like Agent.
“Agent teaser promises a proper action ride. We don’t care about the result. We want Chaitanya to pick scripts like this and showcase himself in the massiest way possible. We have been waiting for him to do a film like Agent right from the start of his career,” Akkineni fans comment.
Akhil appears to be playing a reckless brute character in Agent and this is exactly the kind of mass character Akkineni fans have been urging Chaitanya to do.
Chay had recently promised a mass film to fans and we should wait and see if he will satisfy their craving with this film.
